注海水开发油田储层损害机理研究

摘要: 渤海 A油田于1990年投产,使用过滤海水作为回注介质进行地层能量补充。油田投产初期,油井高产、稳产。但随着开发生产的继续,特别是注入海水驱替前缘突破至生产井底后,油井产液能力大幅下降,并且电潜泵故障频发。油田长期处于低产、低效的运行状态,且常规酸化解堵措施无效。对此,渤海 A油田开展了储层损害机理的研究工作,并最终落实注入海水与地层水不配伍导致的结垢现象,是影响油井产能释放的直接原因。

Abstract:

The Bohai A oilfield was put into production in 1990 by using filtered seawater as a reinjection medium for formation energy replenishment. At the initial stage of oilfield production, the oil well has high and stable production. However, with the continuous development and production, especially after the injection seawater displacement the edge breaking through to the bottom of the production well, the fluid production capacity of the oil well decreased significantly, and the failures of the electric submersible pump occurred frequently. The oil field has been in low production for a long time, and the conventional acidizing measures are ineffective. Therefore, the mechanism of reservoir pollution has been studied and it was finally confirmed that the scale phenomenon caused by the incompatibility of seawater injection and formation water was the direct cause affecting the oil well productivity release.
